We are looking for a Business Development Representative focused on the APAC market who can build, facilitate and drive new customers’ acquisition.
The Business Development Representative is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager. In this position you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market and converting warm & cold leads into acquisition opportunities. You will work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless transition of opportunities once qualified.

Responsibilities
- Call and/or email all inbound leads in your region to engage, qualify, and book meetings for your sales Manager
- Outbound calling and emailing to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with target contacts in target companies
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Requirements
- Have an online interview very soon
- Singapore citizen or PR
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar
- Can speak English as well as Japanese
- Has worked within SaaS, Tech or IT Industries
- You are hungry, self-directed and motivated when it comes to problem-solving and working on multiple leads at once
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ideal candidate has interest or experience with technology sales
