Job description:
• Responsible for the overall operations of Digital marketing for clients.
• Propose web marketing strategy for clients (mostly Japanese companies)
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising, and web campaign based on our clients’ needs.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns , and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights.
• Manage each projects, and assign staffs properly.
• Plan and manage marketing budget for clients.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least BA/BS degree/ Post graduate Diploma/ Professional degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess hands-on experience in website project management, social media management, SEO and SEM operation experience.
• Prefered skill(s): Photoshop, illustrator, HTML/CSS
• Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple & dynamically evolving priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Be sales-driven and able to achieve monthly sales team target
• Must speak fluent Japanese (most of our clients are Japanese companies)
