Job Description for Interior Designer

Fully in-charge of project’s ID.
1 Directly liaising with external designer in Japan.
2 Handles all designs and operation requirements, work closely with external designer on design, drawings and timeline.
3 To produce test fit plan in short notice.
4 To review and propose design.
5 To design, produce and issue drawings for minor A&A works.
6 To select and approve on material used for design, through either direct purchase or contractor’s proposal.
7 Resourceful in sourcing for building material.
8 Site measurement upon new site and revise layout if there is discrepancies.
9 To resolve ID matters directly during construction.
10 To enhance and improve design upon completion on site.
11 Assist in produce and evaluate tender document.
