I know it may sound a little bit strange. The truth is I have suffered from a health condition for the past few months, nothing serious but need time to improve gradually. I am in recovery now, can lead a normal life and is happy about everything. So I suppose maybe being taken care of and accompanied by a roommate is not a bad thing. A little bit about myself, I am Chinese, female, 24 years old. Graduated NTU (Nanyang Technological University) master. Currently working in an American company located CBD. I am easy to get around. I would like to find a female roommate who can meet below schedule arrangements and requirements. You do not need to pay any rental or water, electricity & internet fee. Pls make sure you can meet all below requirements

Available move in date is early September.

About the condo, apartment &room:
The condominium is located in east part of Singapore, 10-minute walk to Tanah Merah MRT station. The environment is nice, pool, gym & tennis courts are well equipped.
The apartment is 3 rooms plus living room. Currently 4 persons share the whole apartment. It’s got all the appliances, cooking utensils and etc. it’s nice and quiet.
I will share my room with you which is a common room, spacious bright and ventilated. Queen-size bed, aircon equipped.

Arrangements:
Make everyday’s breakfast and dinner, clean, fresh & no heavy food
Clean and make up the room
Laundry
Take care of me for a while if I am not feeling well

Requirements:
Have a healthy living schedule. Breakfast starts 7:20-7:30, dinner starts around 7:00-7:30, bedtime starts 10:30-11:00. Pls make sure you have time to cook dinner.
Clean and tidy
Easy to get around, better quiet, and most importantly, stable. Who can make breakfast and dinner every day.
