Purpose of Job:
A Training expert plays a valuable role by overseeing all the detailed with instructing local trainer and other instructor under company technician academy. The responsibilities include researching materials and methods, developing training programs, updating or modifying existing courses, establishing a curriculum, overseeing employee instruction and various administrative duties. Finally, the expert must ensure that all things done will drive goals and business strategy under the company policies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop effective technician programs to ensure its suit to a variety of learning styles
• Plan, design and deliver training sessions to ensure maximum contribution – test for understanding, observe behavior and alter delivery methods as necessary
• Work with internal and external parties for updated and feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Master Degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field
• More than 15 years in Telecommunications Business and experience in people
development program and training
• Cisco Certified (CCNA/CCNP) will be advantage
• Ability to develop strategic planning and execution
• Excellent background knowledge of telecommunication and broadband internet services
• Excellent background to manage team and project management.
• Coaching and facilitator skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
