(Qualification)
- Male or Female Japanese nationality, age 28 - 45 years
- Have Experience in Hotel or Residence business will be an advantage.
- Service mind and enthusiasm.

Job Scope/ Guest Relations Manager
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for Japanese guests throughout their stay.
- Establish “feel like stay at home” atmosphere for Japanese guests.
- Promptly address guests’ requests and personalize as much as we can.
- Complete and oversee check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Actively listen to, resolve, and respond to complaints of Japanese Guest in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Thai staff and manager proper Japanese communication for residents’ activities.
- Survey Japanese preference for activities and/or excursions.
- Plan and arrange periodic activities and/or excursions for Japanese Guest.
- Survey and monitor overall customer satisfaction of Japanese guests for overall residences services.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the products of the hotel And help or support sales team to be able to succeed in that sale.
