Job Discription

 Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager, the Foreign Guest Relation Officer is responsible for assisting the Guest in the lobby, focusing on guest service, she will help to handle the flow of operations in the lobby operation.
 During her duty Foreign Guest Relation Officer is expected to act as a hotel representative to welcome and farewell all customers, to keep standard in terms of appearance, attitude, smile & guest relationships.

Skill required

 A perfect knowledge of hotel’s services & facilities and area information, good guest relationships skills is needed.
 Effective communication to solve guest’s issue immediately or in shortest delay.

Specific Tasks of the Foreign Guest Relations Officer

 She will act as a direct coordinator for all foreign customers staying at the hotel.
 She will assist the group coordinator with the foreign groups checking in & out.
 She will assist all foreign guests checking in & out at the front desk.
 She will be available to do the translation between foreign customers, front office staff & managers.
 She is responsible to collect foreign guest survey questionnaires, translate them and hand them the Assistant Manager.
 She will be polyvalent in working in all the areas of the front office, where and when Japanese speaker is required.
 She will be available for written translation tasks in to English when required.
