Purpose of Job:
The right candidate will create and implement strategies to build and develop the telecommunication technician to serve the company’s competitive advantage. Also to set the academy up to the best institution in Telecommunication technician.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technician development strategies & initiatives aligned with the academy goal
• Partner with the course & curriculum design team to ensure every aspect of the curriculum have a clear objective and end goal to achieve
• Develop and implement systems/process to ensure students are developed to the maximum of their potential and qualified as the excellent technician

Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering or any relevant field
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Telecommunication engineering and services
• Training experience
• Leadership, organizational and innovation skills
• Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to work in fast-paced environment
