Responsibilities:

● Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for Sales
● Support and give direction of Business Strategy , Sales and Marketing , Etc.
● Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
● Monitoring KPI compliance.
● Manage order and Delivery process , etc.
● Complete job file to generate financial result of Sales in time line.
● Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
● To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
● To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
● Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager , Ass. GM. and Mgr.
● Can control and motivation with Sales staff in Sales Section well
● Educate Sales staff in quality Improvement and good teamwork
● Sales team management duty and supervise Subordinates.


Qualification :

• Male & Female / Age between 35- 42 years old
• Japanese Nationality.
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• In Fluent in English is a must or can speak Thai language , we will consider special.
• Good Command of Computer program (MS.Office)
• Experience 3 years up over in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding and Customs Broker ,Liners, Import/Export, BOI, Customer Service or Sales.

Working Location: Chiangmai Branch.

Working Time : 08:30 – 17:10 (Mon-Fri) , 09:00 – 12 :00 ( Sat .)

Salary : 50 k up or negotiate .
