仕事内容：
*　日系企業、日系旅行代理店への営業(宿泊、宴会、レストラン）
*　日系PR・マーケティングのサポート
*　日本人VIPの対応
*　日本語のアシスタンス(通訳、クレーム処理、電話・メール対応)

Job Purpose:

Ensures the efficient and effective management of the sales team towards attainment of the overall team goals, objectives; develop, motivate, support effective sales team

Essential Job Skills:

Good command of both writing & communication in English & Japanese languages
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Fidelio system, word, excel, power point
Pro-active, patience and ability to cope with pressure
Desirable Job Skills:

Knowledge of Thai language, and any additional languages
Customer contact background
Outstanding, smart and able to communicate with any level of customer
Experience on working with Thai people

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in related field
3 years in related job
Proficiency in role at required level
Conversant with relevant emergency procedures
Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
Knowledge of the company, hotel, and its environment
Knowledge of relevant safety and security procedures
Knowledge of relevant guest satisfaction standards
English Language requirements met or exceeded
