Hello, I am moving out from an shared apt and looking for someone who take over my room.
Our flat is located in Thonglor soi 20. It's only a few min to BTS thong lor station by motorbike and to thong lor pier on foot from our building. Very convinient location.
You will be sharing the flat with 5 people from different countries. Italian, American, Russian, Philippine and Thai. All of us work in Thailand and stay in Thailand for long time. In addition to that, the building has a lot of friendly residents.
Your room has a big size bed and a private bathroom with bathtub.
Rent is 10,000 Bahts (All utility fee except AC are included)
We have a maid who cleans common area and your bathroom.
Room is available now.
We prefer a person who stays longer (more than 3 months).
