Country Manager (Japan) 募集

We are seeking a talented Country Manager to grow Cubo Ai’s presence in the Japanese market. You will be in charge of the growth strategy, the daily operation of the two sales channels, Brand.com and Amazon, and the collaboration with the corporate marketing team to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
The position will require good understanding of B2C e-commerce platforms, extensive digital marketing knowledge (FB Ads, Google Ads, Social media and landing page optimization would be highly beneficial) and great sense of sales. You will also need to analyze data, routinely evaluate your strategy, and meet the goals while maintaining a positive ROI.
【What will you do】
• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns including the set-up of pre-orders, price changes, and discount codes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time campaign delivery
• Manage Cubo Ai’s Amazon seller account in Japan
• Deepen the relationships with Amazon contacts
• Seek local collaboration opportunities and develop social networking
• Initiate testing plans to continuously improve website performance
• Provide user insights, analysis, reports and actionable plan to improve sales performance
• Maintain an active awareness on industry trends and best practices
【Requirement】
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales & marketing (experience in Shopify and Amazon is a big plus!)
• Native Japanese speaker with intermediate level of English
• Data-driven approach to strategy planning
• Team player with ability to multitask in an agile environment
• Attention to details, organized and able to prioritize
• Open-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the baby/parenting industry is a plus
• Must love babies!
