What You'll Do:
Customer Contact and Service: You will be the primary contact for guests responding to inquiries and confirming reservations.
Housekeeping: You will be responsible to coordinate housekeeping scheduling as well as ensuring the housekeeping is done with quality and in a timely manner.
Software: You will utilize computers, online tools and database management system to perform and track clients and jobs information.

Skills: Fluently in speaking and writing Japanese & English in a professional business manner
