同じような怪我を繰り返す。何となく自分の生活の一部になってしまった癖。そんな癖と体の不調にフォーカスしたワークショップです。
メディテーションを通して、普段何気なくとっている行動、思考や感情と
体の不調の関係を探り、不調の元となる癖を見直してゆきます。

Workshop “Body and Habit”
Do you become sick when approaching an important event? Difficult to fall asleep? Repeat the same kind of injuries? Have these habits become so much a part of your life that you have even stopped paying attention to them? In this workshop, we will look closer at the relationship between the habits and how they affect your body, and release the dysfunctional thoughts, emotions and movements.

Followed by an Italian pasta lunch and a walk in a Zen Garden.
