Bessou Restaurant is looking for a server for our flagship restaurant in Manhattan.

Must have minimum one year experience to be considered. Must enjoy making people happy. Servers are tipped positions (minimum wage plus pooled tips).

SSN is required.

ABOUT US:
Bessou is a restaurant serving modern Japanese comfort food. Since 2016, Bessou has been on several best-of lists including New York Magazine, Time Out, Zagat, and Tasting Table and has been critically reviewed by the New York Times, Time Out and the Village Voice. We have a fast casual outpost inside Time Out Market in Dumbo since Summer 2019. The restaurant is run by owner Maiko Kyogoku and chef Emily Yuen, who have a combined 20 years experience, having worked together in the restaurants of Daniel Boulud, the Bromberg Brothers and Michel Roux Jr. We are a small family-oriented team, dedicated to creating delicious and beautiful food and being part of the local community.

常連のお客様も多いお店なので、お客様にフレンドリーに対応できる接客力、パーソナリティ、英会話力のある方を求めています。

週末（金土日）稼動できる方
週3-5日入れる方(定休　月、火)
（週末2日入れる場合は要相談）
長期希望
勤務時間　4PM-11時頃まで
（9時半以降最終オーダー後の片付け含む）
英語：Fluentに接客できるレベル
チーム、お客様との会話は、すべて英語
SSN必須、賄いあり
NYで飲食店の経験1年以上必須 （カフェ経験もOK）
お客様にしっかりご案内できるようお酒やワインの知識もあると望ましいです
（詳しくない場合しっかり学ぶ意欲があれば対応可）
少人数で運営しているレストランのため一人ひとりが、お店の顔としてお客様に接してもらえたらと思います。
主体的に動ける方、 チームメンバーと協力できる方を希望。
時給はMinimum Wage＋チップ（プール制*）。
