Logistics Service Assistant
Location: Elmwood Park, NJ Job Type: Full Time Position

Job Duties:
• Inspect the merchandise purchased by customers after receiving
• Operate logistics forwarding service to Japan
• Provide customer service in order to solve shipping problem
• Other related duties as needed

Required Skills:
• Must have experience in international trading and logistics: 2~3 years
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Japanese (the work environment requires both languages to be used)
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Strong Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong information gathering and information monitoring abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a computer (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Legally able to work in the United States
