This position can be either a temp or permanent position depending on the experience of the candidate.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
HR related tasks:
Time card data collection.
Sick leave/vacation tracking.
Administrative tasks:
3rd party warehouse liaison
Handling of mails and Opening letters
Handling of charge-back claims
Basic Bookkeeping/accounting
Uploading inventory information into system
Generate price labels
Generate inventory report
Generate sales report
Manage inventory report
Petty cash
Input bills in quickbooks
Others:
Check credit card receipt against web sales
Although the company is very well know, the office in NYC is small,
so you are expected to do various tasks including miscellaneous tasks.
Hours: 9:30-6:30
Monday-Friday
Requirements:
Fluency both in English and Japanese required
Basic Book keeping knowledge
Attention to detail and Organized work style.
Multi tasking, as the tasks are various such as HR, admin and finance.
Location: New York, NY (New York City) Salary: $16-20/hr (DOE)
