【Job Summary】
This position is for driving group tour activities in order to maximize hotel usage and tour occupancy level. This position is also responsible for understanding customer requirements; assisting the manager for the coordination and follow up of customer daily requests (i.e. offer preparation, billing inquiries, and resolve discrepancies if any), collecting all technical and customer specific data, ensuring and executing other necessary steps for completing customer requests. The duties also include, but are not limited to, maintaining all the internal administrative requirements and correspondence related to assigned group of customers.
