The LOFT apartment is well located. It has 4 bedroom, 1 bathrooms. Share kitchen and bathroom. The Apartment is very spacious, beautiful, and very clean. There is an elevator and laundry facility in the building.

The bedroom is big and bright with a closet, two big windows facing the streets (lots of natural light), two radiators. hardwood floors and high ceilings.

We are non-essential professionals currently working from home. We are respectful, quiet, and very clean. No one living in our apartment has shown symptoms of Covid-19. Anything being brought into the apartment must be sanitized to minimize exposure.

We require first month of rent + security deposit in advance to secure the room.

The right fit: Someone responsible, considerate, very clean and quiet. We are also looking for someone who does not spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals or taking forever in the bathroom.

Long-term rental (12 month +). Proof of financial capability and references from previous roommates or landlords are required. NO COUPLES.

No smoking/ No pets - there is a CAT in the apartment
Due to Covid-19, we will be conducting video interviews/apartment tours. We are not allowing visitors to the apartment at this time.
