We have a very spacious room (520ft2 ) available now to rent in a 2 floors apartment in Prospect Lefferts gardens, Brooklyn.
Rent is $1100 + 100 utilities ( wifi, electricity and gas)
The room available consists of most of the finished basement. It has 2 windows and a door leading directly to the backyard. The other part of the basement is used as an art studio/office which we lightly use.Room is fully heated. Can be partly furnished with a sofa (which can be used as a twin bed), bedside table, a desk ,small table, wall shelves, or you can bring your own furniture. The room is so spacious that it could easily fit an additional queen size bed, and could also have a small fridge and microwave. Being in the lower floor offers a lot of privacy and independence.
Tenant benefits from its own bathroom on the ground floor.
The upper floor has a living room , kitchen, 2 other bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms.
We have a lovely backyard with table,chairs and grill.
We have a cat.

We are looking for:
A responsible, mature, respectful, non smoking, independent and quiet person.
Must be able to provide proof of income and good references.
First month and security deposit to move in ( total of $2400 ).
