The building locates in front of the newly renovated Lechmere station. The area has been updated recently, safe, extremely convenient and pretty attractive; MIT is very close so are Harvard, MGH, and Boston downtown.

Monthly rent is $2,400/mon (negotiable) -- all rooms in the unit (bedrooms, living room, kitchen) are fully furnished.

In this apartment unit, you’ll have 1 roommate (me: a French-Japanese-American/working professional) who has the separate bedroom/bathroom; so only kitchen/laundry and living room are shared.

Would consider if a (married) couple moving in together; but in that case, the monthly rent is $2,500/mon.

Dish washer, disposal, washer and dryer are all within the unit. Trash shooter is on the same floor. Utilities costs are just for the electricity and Internet (Verizon FiOS) which will be split equally per roommate.

If you move out before the lease ends, you'll need to find the replacement who will pay you the security deposit back. The current lease ends on 9/6/24 with an option of the extension/renewal.

Cats or Dogs are allowed with additional pet rents to the building.
