Upper Eastの2BRのうちの一室のsubletです。こちらのアパートには私も何度も訪れたことがありますが、立地良し、日当たり良好、窓からの眺めも緑に溢れており、hidden gemかと思われます。ルームメイトとなる従姉妹も綺麗好きで穏やかな性格です。

I'm subletting my one-bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment starting December 4th. I prefer three months +. The price is $1500; The location is in Yorkville of the Upper East Side in a Two-bedroom apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen has all the appliances. No washers and dryers in the building. The rent will include water, garbage, internet, and almost every utility. Street parking only.

The location is prime, within walking distance to Central Park, Guggenheim, Met Museum, and Carl Schurz Park; one block away from Q -96 station, and the grocery store is only a block away with Whole Foods five blocks! Close proximately to 4-5-6 train.

This place is perfect for someone who has a short-term assignment in NYC or is just moving to NYC and wants to get their groundings.

I am looking for a tenant who cleans, is respectful, and will take care of the place.
The second bedroom is occupied.
