Looking for share mate

Master Room (Own room) for 1 person (You can move in from 30th December 2022)

Our house is located in Southbank and is a very clean and large house for a total of 3 people. Our house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and if you move in, you will live with our couple.(we are Korean )
When you move in, you will use the master room and your room has a shower room and dress room.
All bills (wifi, electricity, water) are included.

Woolworth supermarket is located right in front of the apartment in 1 minute, and Asian mart, tram stop, library and crown hotel are located 5 minutes away. It is a 15 minute walk to the flinders station.
There are also plenty of delicious restaurants and coffee shops.

I am looking for a female share mate who is a non-smoker and clean.

* The room rent is $340 per week inclusive of all bill
* 1month minimum, 2 weeks notice when you move out, 2 weeks deposit.
* We take turns cleaning the living room once every two weeks.
