Job description
We, Marc & Lukas GmbH, are a family-run company founded in 2009 and located in Ratingen. We currently employ 35 people. As a global player in ecommerce, we specialize in the worldwide sale and shipment of toys, CDs, DVDs, consumer electronics and books. Via our in-house software we control up to 3 million different articles, which we offer to our customers on more than 15 marketplaces all over the world, among others.
To strengthen our customer support team in the future, we are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our written Japanese customer support (email). Emailing customers and consumers on the Amazon marketplace.
Your tasks...
- Responsibility for customer inquiries (all written), e.g. receiving and processing questions regarding orders or deliveries, return requests, complaints
- Daily email support, daily effort time approx. 1-2 hours, at least 6 days a week
What you bring with you...
- Quick comprehension and a reliable way of working.
- Preference for computer work, confident handling of e-mail and internet.
- Careful and accurate work
- Good to very good knowledge of Japanese, both written and spoken, preferable native Japanese speaker
- German or English skills will be needed for training and internal communication
- Good Outlook skills
- Communication skills, customer orientation, motivation and reliability characterize you
