仕事内容
The objective of this role to bring efficiency and alignment of business units of our current pre-process & process training team, and diligently manage/oversee the end-to-end functionality and deliverables of the training team. Success metrics and deliverables will include:
1. Create a proactive enterprise Pre-process & process training capability, with strong training throughput
2. Create a sustainable training bench for the enterprise and supply talent to the business unit, within pre-planned TAT to avoid revenue leakage

| 応募資格 | Essential Qualification and Work Experience: 1. Graduate/PG/Equivalent 2. 12 + years of experience in delivering and managing training function in a similar environment (ecommerce business experience, would be an added advantage) 3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment 4. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training proactively 5. Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process 6. Certification and or strong experience in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge Management |
