I. Job Overview
• Develop sales in Western and Eastern Europe regions for new accounts and existing accounts
• Act as a primary company representative to customers.
II. Responsibilities and Duties
• Interact regularly with customers to provide information about product specification and availability, quality and prices.
• Interact regularly with purchasing and logistic team to exchange information about customers’ needs and issues
• Monitor payments and ensure that customers’ payments and credit are in good standing
• Offer new products and services to customers when available
• Search for prospect customers and guide them through application process
• Provide new customer orientation to train them how to do business with TWF
• Perform Ad Hoc duties
III. Minimum Qualifications
• Above Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication is essential. Dutch speaker is preferable. Japanese or Korean speaker is desirable as addition
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
• Hold valid driver’s license
IV. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of Western and Eastern Europe foods business, retails, wholesales and trading market
• Knowledge of restaurant businesses and the products used by Japanese/Asian restaurants
• Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Ability to maintain professionalism towards customers and colleagues at all times
We are looking for talented candidates for full time positions (Mon-Fri) and for part time positions (3 days a week).
