This room is going to be free ONLY since 25th of June till 31st of August, with NO REGISTRATION, but we will be signing a contract!

I am looking for someone to take over my room for the period mentioned above, the location is very in the centre, therefore in less than 7 mins walking, you will be in Rotterdam Centraal Station, so you will have in a very convenient way, access to:

-Subway
-Bus
-NS
-Tram

As the building has a community patio, there’s an exact space for you to let your bike inside.

Who am I looking for?

Someone who is, between the ages of 24-30s, responsible, clean, and organised, you will be living in an apartment with 4 more people, but you will be only sharing the toilet and the shower with ONE person, as one of them has a private bathroom and the other two share the shower and toilet together.

For the rent? Is 700€ everything included and I’ll ask for a deposit of 350€ (will
be returned at the end of the stay)

For the people living here? All of us are working full time so we respect our space and sometimes we talk from time to time, so we value silence in the night, and of course our space.
