Lovely 1 bedroom apartment for rent. Max 2 persons. Available from 15/5 and for a minimum rental period of 12 months.

Price is €1100 per month. Rental price does NOT include energy bills (heating, electricity and water), TV and internet.
The apartment is located at the Brigittenstraat, which is arguably one of the most picturesque and desired streets of Utrecht. The beautiful Lepelenburg park is at one end and the Nieuwegracht canal at the other.

After entering through the front door a comfortable staircase leads up to a light and bright living space with fully equipped kitchen. The second floor contains the bedroom, spacious bathroom, separate toilet room, laundry closet, and storage space. On the roof you can privately enjoy lazy coffee on sunny mornings. The apartment has a unique and comfortable atmosphere, combining old and new. The apartment is fully furnished down to the smallest details and has all the amenities - washing and drying machine, hot cooking plate, oven, tableware, towels, bed sheets, etc.
