Good day, I am male Singaporean in 30s. I will be having a one night birthday staycation (11 April 2021) near Raffles Place MRT station. As I don't think my Japanese best friend is available (he is always mentioned that he is busy with work most of the time), I was just wondering if I can find someone as companion or true meaningful friendship (non-judgemental) for any of these afternoon tea / evening cocktail / a breakfast.
