10 minutes to both Taipei Bridge and Sanchong Elementary School Station(Orange line), Sanhe Night Market is right around the corner. The riverbank is also very close, ideal for jogging or bike riding. The nearest supermarket is merely 5 minutes away. An ideal place to stay with a limited budget but with all the fun.

With a big enough common space (which you don’t find easily in Taipei), we want the housemates to be able to hangout a lot here. The rooms itself might not be intriguing, but the fun you can have with the whole space is limitless. Gatherings and occasional parties are fine, but of course we ask housemates to respect fellow roommates at all times.
An extra 1000NT per person is required for utilities, including water, gas, electricity, wifi, regular cleaning twice a month and trash collecting.
