We are currently hiring a Business Analyst to join the customer delivery team of our new Japan branch in Tokyo, which has a primary focus on supporting and engaging our current customers based in Japan while growing Humanyze’s presence in the region.
Reporting to the Country Manager, Japan, the Business Analyst is responsible for working directly with our customers based in Japan to understand their business, conduct and curate analyses to meet their needs, and drive adoption of the Humanyze platform.

As a founding member of the Japan branch, the ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented attitude, a willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly, and a drive to take on new and varied responsibilities at a fast pace. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal, consulting, analytic and storytelling skills who is passionate about working with customers and finding creative and innovative ways for them to reach their goals.
