Title : Software Verification leader
Office location : Dublin, Ohio
Contract type : Full-time (40hours/week)
Language : English and Japanese
Eligibility Requirements: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:
*Every project will take about 2-3 years.
• Creating verification schedule and plan.
• Leading a team assigning day-to-day tasks for operation verification.
• Analyzing user and system requirements to determine optimal.
• Preparing project plan detailing scope of work and timeline and obtaining approval from
required parties.
• Creating timelines, launch criteria, identifying risks.
• Ensuring test case creation.
• Determining amount of effort required for each task.
• Testing and assuring the quality of all features developed through, unit testing, regression
testing, user acceptance testing, etc.
• Resolution of open issues
• Providing technical support to other team members, as necessary.
• Preparing and presenting reports and participating in-group meetings.
Requirement:
<Minimum Requirements>
● 3 + Years of work experience
● Engineering experience in product development or verification
● Japanese/English Bilingual (both speaking and writing)
● Experience in creating project details
● Experience in project management
<Preferred Qualifications>
 Experience in Automotive industry (Car navigation, car audio, etc.)
 Experience in Android product
 Experience in negotiation with clients
