Requirement

1) Japanese writing and speaking must be fluent with business level and support customers by either e-mails and/or telephone, MUST be Native level




2) Good understanding of Windows operating systems

3) Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

4) Great customer service skill – understanding the business impact of issues customers have, Stay cool under pressure and complaints

5) Associate degree or Bachelor degree prefered

6) Import/Export knowledge a plus





7) Detail oriented and high level of accuracy and flexibility in working assignments, producing a high volume of work in a timely manner with high quality results

12) Following up with customers to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame

13) Answering phones for assigned accounts and responds to moderately complex customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met

14) Assisting the customer in resolving complex technical problems on a primary accounts

15) Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards

16) Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
