Hi everyone,
A single room in a furnished 2 bedroom apartment is available from now on, near Spaklerweg station.
The apartment is in a peaceful and well connected area. The metro station is very close to the apartment building and there's a harbor and a park close by. The room is around 12 m2 and was unfurnished however the previous owner will be leaving behind the bed, mattress, pillows etc.
The building is pretty new and well insulated. The apartment has a really nice balcony, abundant storage area , big hall with kitchen and all amenities like dishwasher are included. The bathroom and the toilet are separately built.
Registration is possible.
You will be sharing the flat with me. I’m a full time working professional and some of my interests are climbing, hiking, reading, cooking and playing board games. I'm fairly quiet and tidy. I'd prefer someone looking for an apartment for a shorter term.
The rent is 650 EUR excluding utilities. Thus we pay for electricity, internet, water and municipality taxes apart from the rent. If you are interested in the room you can drop me a message.
