Our Travel Services Division integrates with our clients long and short-term stay needs and allows Churchill to coordinate travel booking and administration. All of which when combined with our innovative technology and reporting, allow Churchill to offer comprehensive housing management and solutions to our clients, with over 8,000 apartments and thousands of options in our furniture!
About the Job
Churchill Living is seeking a Bilingual (English/Japanese) sales person to develop and maintain Japanese business relationships throughout the tristate area.
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Education and/or Experience Required:
Bilingual Japanese/English (Verbal and Written) required. Knowledge of proper Japanese business etiquette required. Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience necessary, Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred. Corporate account management experience a strong plus. Knowledge of real estate/housing /furniture rental industry a plus. Must be able to travel for client meetings.
