Responsibilities Include:
Process purchase orders from customer and sales orders to Roof Tech’s system.
Review and request corrections for orders from customers directly
Work with sales team to ensure proper parts are being correctly ordered by customers.
Handle all order confirmation and send out tracking information to customers.
Handle all customer facing logistic issues directly with customer and logistics coordinator
Work with sales team to manage low inventory disbursement.
Create and manage spreadsheets for Inventory and sales when needed.
Help create customer interaction protocols.
Manage CRM price lists
Back-order tracking -
Price list change communication.
Estimator BOM. Become expert, handle incoming requests
Web orders – accuracy, up sell, hand off
Sales admin, sales support
Take calls, main call receiving
Data entry
Assist in account collections
Requirements Include:
No previous sales or logistic experienced required but will be considered for higher salary.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, google sheets.
Ability to learn CRM
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to travel at least 4 times a year
Native level English speaker
Japanese speaking ability is Plus. (Not required)
