As a member of our Corporate Governance research team, you will analyze publicly-listed company securities filings, summarize the proposals that are put forward at shareholders meetings, and offer voting recommendations to our clients some of which include the worlds largest institutional investors.

We are seeking individuals with the following skills to join our Japanese Corporate Governance research team:
- Business level Japanese reading comprehension
- Excellent English written communication
- Critical thinking skills, combined with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace to meet tight, competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently when researching and writing but also to collaborate with other professionals in the team

This Research Associate is a full-time, temporary entry-level position based in our San Francisco office. Employment is expected to begin February 5, 2018 and will continue to mid-June 2018.
