テイスティングルーム　サーバー（パートタイム）を募集しています。週末、一緒に働いて頂ける方を探しています。就業時間等は要相談。業務内容はテイスティングルームでの接客業務が中心になります。すでにアルコールの知識がある方だけでなく、日本酒に興味のある方も募集しています。

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, maximizing the customer experience.
- Able to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Able to be responsive and flexible at last minutes requests.
- Assists customers with with transporting sake to their vehicles.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests and concerns.
- Apply all guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
- Complete daily sidework.
- Describes sake and company history to customers.
- Constantly work to increase knowledge, including attending trainings and meetings put on by management.
- Answers visitor's questions and able to provide general information.
- Open to working and assisting with special events after hours if needed.
- Handles routine purchasing transactions, which include operating cash register.
- Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of sake and our sake
- Maintain highest level of customer service and professionalism with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assist as needed with ensuring all shifts are appropriately staffed.
- Work in a team environment and open to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years.
- Prior work experience with bar/restaurant, brewery, winery, and/or service experience a plus.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects (25 - 50 lbs).
- Able to stand, walk, lift and bend for about 7 hours during shifts
- Able to work weekends, Saturdays and/or Sundays, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (winter hours may vary).
- Able to maintain excellent customer service and professional appearance suitable for guest interaction while working under pressure.
