Additional: The building has CVS, a bar, food court on the ground floor so you don't need to go out for a beer, snacks, meals in freezing Boston winters. And also, it features an expansive, fully-furnished Penthouse recreation area located on the twenty-fifth floor. In addition to presenting a panorama of stunning views of Boston and the Charles River, the recreation area includes a modern laundry facility.

The room can be FURNISHED because I will leave my furniture if you want them, including IKEA HEMNES TV unit, EKEDALEN extendable table, FRIHETEN sleeper sofa, two desks, Simmons Beautyrest Recharge queen size mattress and more. All of them are in very good condition.
