I have a room available for rent in a condo on corner of 15th st and Chestnut St. Close to Avenue of the Arts, clubs, restaurants, transportation and center business district.
Females only. The room can be furnished or unfurnished- I can provide a bed and desk if needed. The other bedroom is occupied by a female working professional. Washer/Dryer available in unit. No pets. Rent is $1300/month, utilities are separate and will be split with housemate each month. The room is big enough for two beds, so you can roomshare with a friend if you'd like. There is a parking lot across the street, but you will need to pay for a parking spot. Access to fitness center, clubhouse (which has free wifi) and pool*.

*This building does not have a pool, however, I can give you access to a pool nearby.
