Our wonderful housemate from Vietnam has just moved home and her extra-large, beautifully furnished room is available now. We'll consider short or long term and we're looking for another female to join us!

This is a beautiful, three bedroom, one bathroom, apartment in a magnificent two family home! In addition to the bedrooms, there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, back deck and enclosed front porch.

Our home is about a 9 to 10 minute walk to Davis Square and the Red Line T. Going to Cambridge or Boston from Davis Square is very easy.

Previous housemates have been at Boston & Cambridge universities, colleges, hospitals and English language schools as well as doing internships and working. They have been from all over the world, including Thailand, Korea, China, Japan, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, England, Italy, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Saudia Arabia, Ghana, Australia, as well as other countries.

The furnished bedroom is fabulous and in great condition featuring a queen bed with sheets, pillows and blankets; a bedside cabinet with lamp; a huge, walk-in closet; a large dresser, a full-size office desk with lamp, office chair, oversized-bookcase, your own HDTV, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, area rugs, mini blinds and window curtains!

The rent includes everything except food. It includes your fully furnished bedroom plus heat, hot water, electricity, wireless internet, cable tv with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.) weekly cleaning of the common area and use of the no-charge washing machine and dryer. It's a great deal!
