Hi, I’m looking to rent starting from May 1st or possibly sublet between May 1st and July 31st. If renting, I want you to sublet until July 31t (unfurnished) and make annual contract with my landlord. The rent fee is $550 per month and you have to pay individual electricity and heat. The location is near WPI, UMass, and MCPHS. It’s very good location to access anywhere in Worcester. You will have two female roommates who work and they’re all in their 20s. My roommates are friendly and respectful people so we are looking for someone who is similar to us. We look for only female person and I’m sorry we can’t accept a pet(cats and dogs) because one of my room already has a cat here.
