We are a property management company for vacation and short-term rentals in Waikiki, Kahala and Kakaako. Our office is located in Waikiki and we want to add to our team a Japanese speaking and writing real estate agent to provide the best services possible to all our owners and guests.

You will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service. You will utilize online tools and software to manage clients’ inquires and reservations. You will have the support of property managers with worldwide experiences, and the opportunity to grow with the company that is passionate and dedicated to provide extraordinary world-class rental experiences to renters as well as property owners.

What You'll Do:
Customer Contact and Service: You will be the primary contact for guests responding to inquiries and confirming reservations.
Housekeeping: You will be responsible to coordinate housekeeping scheduling as well as ensuring the housekeeping is done with quality and in a timely manner.
Software: You will utilize computers, online tools and database management system to perform and track clients and jobs information.

Skills: Fluently in speaking and writing Japanese & English in a professional business manner
